Return Process

  Carefully pack the hand dryer in its original box, ensuring it is well-protected for transit, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outer shipping label.

  Courier Collection

  Ship the item back to our UK-based warehouse using a tracked service or contact us to arrange a convenient collection at a fixed fee.

  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians have inspected the unit to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
